“Remember, satvik diet is not just about food. It is about eating at the right time every day and eating mindfully. It is also about staying away from negative talk, negative words, negative thoughts, and negative views. So, don’t just be satvik in your diet but also in your thoughts and activities. A satvik diet without satvik thoughts and mindset is totally worthless and meaningless,”
