CANCELATION POLICY

To help us maintain this level of service and respect for our staff’s schedules and other clients’ needs, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.

 

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as this leaves us unable to accommodate other clients who may have been waiting for an opening. Frequent or repeated last-minute changes may also affect your ability to book future appointments.

 

We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Your courtesy in giving us advanced notice allows us to provide the highest level of care and attention to all of our valued clients.
