By Appointment Only – Service & Product Pickup Guidelines

 

At our med spa, we are dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care in a professional and welcoming environment. To maintain this standard and to best serve all our clients, both services and product pickups are available by appointment only.

 

While we’re always happy to see you, please note that walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed. Our providers may be in session, on a short break, or out of the office once scheduled appointments conclude.

 

As a medical spa with a flexible schedule—not a traditional retail storefront—our hours vary based on provider and client availability. Some days we may open early or stay later to accommodate appointments. For this reason, we kindly recommend scheduling ahead of time, even for product pickups.

 

Walk-ins may occasionally be accommodated on days such as Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but advance booking is the best way to ensure we’re available to assist you.
